Well, it looks like Ford answered to those who found the Mk2 Focus so bland!
I knew the looks had improved judging from pictures but it’s even better in the flesh; the facelift looks great.
Having a 3 door this time means it’s already preferable to the previous 5 door we had with the Mk2 but, all in all, the Mk2.5 brings back some of the attention that got lost previously. It was needed in all honesty; I guess if you wanted bland, you’d have yawned your way to a Toyota Corolla.
Kept it simple with Zetec spec this time round; as before, the differences are marginal enough to not miss any of the extra kit. Despite the increase in size again though, I was quite looking forward to having a bit more refinement after bouncing around in the Fiesta Zetec S!
