Clutch
Unfortunately I’ve suffered a faulty clutch after only 3000 miles and the service hasn’t been great. The clutch kept slipping and so the car would lose drive at any point.
Polar Ford seemed pretty uninterested most of the time and so never explained everything to you fully. As a result, the car went back & forth overnight several times where nothing was actually resolved and a huge amount of time was wasted! Also the clutch itself is exempt from warranty claims due to it being a “wear & tear” part regardless of mileage.
